Solitaire Gemmological Laboratories Ltd. (SGL) - It is a gem testing laboratory that works independently at international level. SGL reports give the highest standard of trustworthiness, consistency and reliability.

Rasav Gems provide easy mode of payments for its clients all over the world. The payment methods are Pay Pal, International Visa card, credit card, American express, debit card, Net banking is also applicable for the domestic clients.

Our international clients can also pay by Western Union Transfer, where the items will remain for three days till the payment is recieved.

In case of offline payment method we use the Direct Bank Transfer for our domestic clients. The methodology for delivery of product will proceed with the receiving of payment.

Shipping Time:
Any gemstone shopped or ordered with us shall be shipped on same working day subject to availability in ready stock. However, it might take 8 to 12 or may be more working days depending on the order to undertake shipping.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges of consignment for all countries sent through FedEx and UPS are up to $90USD and $20 USD through local airmail.

We offer our customers 30 days risk return/replacement policy from the purchase date. Besides the international customers have 30 days to return the product. Products on sale or special offers could be returned, but only for exchange.

If any client buy from us and the product includes faults, damage and miss matching Stones, which you have ordered. If it�s shipped, in such incidents clients must call Rasav Gems within 2 to 3 business days to arrange collection of the item and to return it. Rasav Gems is not responsible for paying delivery or Shipment costs.

If any Gemstone is detected with any kind of problems, then the Consumer must Drop a mail within 2 days to the Rasav Gems.
