If unfortunately by any reason you want to cancel an order, kindly inform us by dropping an e-mail at ecom@rasavgems.com or by calling us at +91 9829465386 (10.00 am to 6.00 pm IST 5 working days, Monday to Friday) within 24 hours of placing the order.

For total canceling of the order by you:

If you wish to withdraw your order before it has shipped to your destination, we will refund you the entire amount.

If you want to cancel after your product is shipped:

If you want to cancel your order after it is shipped to you or if you have received the product, and also paid for the product, then pay the shipping charges accordingly.
